Hari Kumar

Hari Kumar is a civil engineer with more than ten years' experience in disaster risk management. Before joining the staff of GHI, Hari served as Coordinator of Earthquake Mitigation Programs with the Government of India-United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). He holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering from Mangalore University.
