Mr. Van Horne serves as Chairman of the Finance Committee. He is the A.P. Giannini Professor of Finance at the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University, where he also served as Director of the MBA Program (1970-73) and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs (1973-75 and 1976-80). He serves as Chairman, Board of Directors, of Montgomery Street Income Securities, and is also a Director of Suntron Corporation and BB&K Fund Group. He serves as Associate Editor of the Journal of Fixed Income, and on the Editorial Boards of Asia Pacific Journal of Management and the Global Business and Finance Review. He was the first recipient of a distinguished teaching award by MBA students in 1982, and the recipient of this award again in 1997.
