Stocks may be transferred electronically or directly. To facilitate

Letter of Donor Intent
Regardless of whether you decide to transfer your stock donation

or e-mail including the following information:
- Donor's name and address
- Name and number of securities transferred
- Date transferred
- Statement that clearly designates funds to GeoHazards International
