National Coordinator | Bhutan

Ms. Tshering joined GHI in 2012 as National Coordinator for Bhutan and leads all GHI projects in Bhutan. Prior to joining our staff, she held a number of senior positions within the Ministry of Home and Cultural Affairs of the Royal Government of Bhutan, where she served for fifteen years. She holds a Masters degree in Rural Development Management (Khon Kaen University, Thailand) and a B.A. in Political Science (Delhi University, India).
