Kim Boswell joined the Board of Trustees in 2017. She is a former Managing Director at Spear Street Capital, a private equity real estate investment company. Kim has extensive experience managing all aspects of real estate investments and operations. Prior to joining Spear Street, she traded commercial mortgage-backed securities at Goldman Sachs in New York. Kim currently sits on the Advisory Board of Pacific American Group, a privately held commercial real estate investment firm in the Bay Area, and she serves as a Trustee of Marin Country Day School in Corte Madera and of SLS Preschool in San Francisco. Kim holds an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Economics from Duke University.
